The debate is officially over. Really it's been over for a long time but some people had a harder time than others coming to grips with the fact Ben is the truth.
Donovan Mitchell is just one sad, butt hurt individual. Maybe next year?
Looking at the voting it appears that the voters felt the same way about this race as did most Sixers fans. Simmons by a landslide.
And for anyone on here that still doesn't think he should have won the award here is Ben vs Magic, rookie years.
#LeBronWatch: Day 16...
In LeBron news, the NBA Awards were last night and the MVP of the last decade lost to James Harden for the leagues top individual trophy. The numbers speak for themselves.
As far as what jersey LeBron will being wearing next year, Friday is the big day. James will either opt-in to his player option with Cleveland or he officially hits the market.
It looks like James has been doing some investigative work on his part. Though LeBron doesn't want any pitches from teams around the league, it appears he wants to have a strong idea of the landscape before making his decision.
One player that could influence his decision, Paul George has announced that he will be doing a 3 part series for ESPN about his free agency.
I have no sources to confirm this but if you are doing a 3-part series about where you're going to play. It's not going to be for the same team you're on now. So sorry to all of you OKC fans hoping George would be back next year. He's as good as gone.
Ryen Russillo seems to agree that George could hold the key and I agree with him that LeBron isn't going anywhere solo. If George does decide to take his talents to Hollywood, LeBron maybe only a few steps behind him. Leaving the Lakers with an opportunity to compete this year and add Kawhi next off season.
July 1st at mid-night will be a frenzy. Until then stay tuned here for your LeBron Watch and all Sixers free agency updates!
