2017 wasn't the easiest year to be a Philadelphia sports fan. There were ups, downs, and plenty of unanswered questions that will have to roll over into 2018.
The emergence of Carson Wentz, Joel Embiid, Ben Simmons, and Rhys Hoskins had fans on the edge of their seats. While struggling franchises, and questionable management decisions had fans scratching their heads, and longing for the days when playoff appearances were a sure thing.
Let's look back at a VERY up and down, 2017.

After blowing a big lead, Robert Covington saves the day.
Despite Embiid missing 3 games, hope was not lost. The Sixers won 2 out of 3, and Embiid was "deemed" healthy enough to play on national TV, a Friday night matchup with Houston.

However, the Sixers lost 123-118, but would find out later that they had lost much more.
